I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. I’ve always had great experiences here when getting pedicures, which is why this was so disappointing. Recently, I came in for a manicure and requested dip with tips. I prefer my nails not to be too long, and I’ve never had an issue with this at other salons. I asked multiple times for my nails to be filed shorter, and when I asked again, the technician was extremely rude and made it seem like my request was an inconvenience. A+ for customer service. When I had an issue with my product, they were responsive, results oriented, and prompt in getting a replacement to me. These days, it’s rare to get an actual human response when reaching out, and very much appreciated!
