Perfect experience every time! We love Tye, Kim and Cindy!!
We usually come here and love the service, I recently just went 3/18 , Tye was acting irrated/ annoyed because I didnt like the French tip , so he got Cindy to do it and she seemed annoyed as well when I was pointing out the flaws . So now im left with un even frenchies =/ was also charged EXTRA for the iguess change of frenchies . I shoulda just got them all painted plain white and it wouldnt be a issue BUT here we are. I recently moved to Midland and was very picky on my new nail salon.... I Absolutely loved my experience at luxury nails!! Kim was amazing and made sure my wine glass was never empty! The massage chairs were so comfortable and the all around hospitality of this place was terrific! My new place 🤩
