I’ve been going to this salon for years, with different management, but every time I go in I get more disappointed. Staff are usually just sitting around watching videos loudly. I go for one person and if they ever leave, I won’t go to this salon anymore.

Always a positive experience. They take the time to ensure my nails are to my liking. They have an extremely positive attitude and show they do enjoy their job and enjoy their customers.
Very fast, great service. The nail tech did an amazing job!
Had an appointment. Waited 40 minutes. No one mentioned they were running late so I just sat there. If someone would have said they were running behind when I checked in I could have rescheduled versus waiting around and wasting my time. I had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer. Poor customer service.
