Last two time I went I didn't like my nails. Very disappointed as I am not sure it's a language barrier. I wanted Almond shape but they are round. I asked for gel polish and got a clear coat. It was corrected. How do I request a certain technician? Last time my nails that were acrylic didn't last they broke off at the bottom which means they were not done properly. First two times were excellent I loved them.

I have been coming here since I was around 13 years old, and I've had an overall great experience. It's one of the best places to go, and most of the staff are very passionate about what they do. It's not easy to find a reliable nail salon, but this is definitely one of them. Give it a try!
