I made an appointment for my 7 year old and I to have pedicures and I also asked for eyebrow WAXING! When we arrived I added manicure for my daughter. The nail part was just regular and it was pleasant no issues but after I was ushered into the lay back chair and the tech already started threading asking me to hold my delicate eye skin for her. I had the worst pedicure experience ever. The nail tech used a very harsh drill around the cuticles on my big toes, which caused bleeding. She tried to cover the blood with a green liquid and then put my feet in the water. I asked her to stop, but she took my hand and said, “It’s OK.” I was in pain the entire time I was sitting there, and now, two days later, my big toes still sting when I wear shoes. I didn't know a manicure could be this good--I got the Russian Gel by Rosa and she did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
