I had the BEST experience here as a first-time customer! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so incredibly sweet and welcoming! They honestly made me feel comfortable right away. The team is not only kind but also truly talented. They took their time with my nails and paid attention to every little detail, and the results turned out absolutely beautiful. I was manipulated by a group of customers. The group was really mean to me.
Terrible and painful experience. The nail technician cut my nail so badly that it caused inflammation, pain, and now my nail is growing into the skin. I’m still suffering from this, and it’s incredibly upsetting. The service was rushed and careless, with no concern for my health or the condition of my nails. They seemed to care more about tips than doing their job properly. I left in pain instead of feeling taken care of. Very poor service — I would never recommend this place.
This nail shop is was treating so bad. That I had to write something. They were nothing in the order and none of the workers were talking to me
