I honestly regret spending my money at Luxury Nail Bar. For the price they charge, the quality of service was unacceptable. Multiple toenails were poorly painted with noticeable spots completely missed, and I was cut in several places during the pedicure. My nails are still sore afterward, which should never happen from a pedicure. The callus removal was also done very poorly and felt rushed the entire time. I had the BEST experience here as a first-time customer! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so incredibly sweet and welcoming! They honestly made me feel comfortable right away. The team is not only kind but also truly talented. They took their time with my nails and paid attention to every little detail, and the results turned out absolutely beautiful. Terrible and painful experience. The nail technician cut my nail so badly that it caused inflammation, pain, and now my nail is growing into the skin. I’m still suffering from this, and it’s incredibly upsetting. The service was rushed and careless, with no concern for my health or the condition of my nails. They seemed to care more about tips than doing their job properly. I left in pain instead of feeling taken care of. Very poor service — I would never recommend this place.
