Good for basic services. Clean place with friendly staff
The manager here is so rude and spoke to returning and consistent customers. So disappointing this was my favorite place but I won’t be returning. One star because I can’t give zero.
Came here the other day for the first time and asked for a "no chip" manicure. They directed me to pick a color off a certain shelf. During the manicure they never used the UV light for curing and the polish didn't have the same thickness or feel as gel. I never specified gel or dip when I said "no chip," so maybe that was my fault, but they never asked for further clarification. Absolutely shady and disgusting business, they charged me $30 just to drill off gel nails… No polish or anything just to take off the gel. They said it was $25 For gel removal (Not even a soak off just drilling it off) and $5 for shape… I always get asked if I want oval or square And it was never mentioned that it would be $5 extra It’s typically always included in a service what kind of shape of a nail you want?!?
