I’ ve been going here since they opened. I was always very pleased with the work they do. However, I took my daughter for a builder gel fill in they have listed for $60. This is what I usually get so thats the usual price. I was shocked to see they charged me $90 for the most basic design - I ll add below. The cat eye gel is $15 extra (had I known I had a new set of cat eye polish from amazon in my bag) and $15 for a design on 2 nails- very basic. Few gems added. I took the day off of work to get a spa pedicure/dip manicure. The woman who did my pedicure never asked me which type I wanted and just gave me a standard pedicure, that was issue number one. The second issue was, I asked for a French dip, which I have gotten there many times before and was then told I needed to get a full set of nails, which I have never done in the past when I have gotten This done there. Be wary of this place. We went for two pedicures and a manicure. We showed them which ones we wanted on the menu. We pointed to the $50 spa pedicure which I’ve done in the past. Next thing we know, we are being provided services that we outright did not want and were confused. Needless to say, we were charged for the most expensive pedicure despite not remotely ordering the “gold” service. I paid $90 for this and I was very disappointed. my fingers nails look so fat, like my nails are swollen. I didn’t realize it looked like this until after I got home. One of my fingers was also hurting a lot even after a few hours. I regret paying $90 for this, honestly hurts to see. And I’m so sad because this is so expensive for me.
