I booked the white Maserati on March 1st 2025 (Saturday). I was suppose to pick it up at 8am. I arrived at the address that was on my confirmation email and it wasn’t the right address. It took me to a housing addition. Luckily the woman was kind and told us where we might can pick it up. I called multiple times, no answer. HORRIBLE , Horrible ,I call and spoke with The gentleman of the company on 4/20/25 he assured me he had multiple vehicles and even a couple of the style and trims I wanted so I then reserve a vehicle Mercedes Benz AMG on 4/21 got my confirmation email and didn’t think any thing of it , mind you this is my first time renting with them so I think everything is ok , prom Day May 10th 2025 we drive almost an hour away to pick up the car first off there is no office ( physical location ) I read the reviews that glorify this compa... read more
