Came here for Botox injections, I was very specific when I walked into the room that I did NOT want my eyebrows lifted, as I’ve disliked the appearance in the past, but as she was doing the injections she does it anyway and says “I’m going to put a little on your eyebrows, you’ll thank me”, as if it was not up to me, which, by that point it wasn’t… I don’t like it, I was clear about that from the beginning, now my face is going to be frozen like this for 3-4 months. Classpass appointment. emailed to ask me to cancel last minute and won't cancel themselves. Now i have to contact Classpass support for my credits back. They have several Saturday slots but claim they don't have professionals available (then don't list those slots!!).

0/10 recommend, rude, unprofessional, on her phone when I came in and didn’t get off until she finished her personal call. Mind you I tried calling her 4 times and the line was busy. No staff and frankly, it looks like a front business a random lady cobbled together.

I purchased a Groupon for 30 units of Dysport. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist asked me what I wanted to have done. Mind you, I had been there a year prior and did the exact same thing with 30 units. She told me that the doctor would not do the procedure that I had the last time for just 30 units. She said 30 units wasn’t enough. She hasn’t seen my face and she’s already trying to “upsell” the experience. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with the man who answered my call was unacceptable. Very rude and dismissive. Customer service is a basic expectation, and the rudeness I encountered made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. There’s a lot of med spa around NY. Stay away from this Clinic if you want to be treated as a person.
