I purchased a Groupon for 30 units of Dysport. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist asked me what I wanted to have done. Mind you, I had been there a year prior and did the exact same thing with 30 units. She told me that the doctor would not do the procedure that I had the last time for just 30 units. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with the man who answered my call was unacceptable. Very rude and dismissive. Customer service is a basic expectation, and the rudeness I encountered made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. There’s a lot of med spa around NY. Stay away from this Clinic if you want to be treated as a person.

Lovely place, I had an appointment for my lips. The staff took care of me right away, numb me after appt check in. The lady doing my fillers was very informative on the procedure, difference in fillers and her recommendations. She was very careful in explaining after care making sure I understood how to massage my lips. I would definitely come back.
