Olga was absolutely amazing to work with! Moving to Chicago from out of state and knowing very little about the city, I was honestly overwhelmed by the apartment search, but Olga made the entire process so much easier. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, was incredibly knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods, and helped me feel confident throughout the entire process. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Stefan, who was absolutely pivotal during the apartment tours. He made the process incredibl... read more
Amazing experience!! I worked with Olga and found my dream place within three days. Couldn’t recommend a better company.
Updated review! Tristen Heimann has helped me find my 3 last homes within 6 years in Chicago. From high rises to now a DREAM house in Lincoln Park. He is so easy to work with and makes the process stress free and so organized. He’s worked in the industry for many years and I fully trust his opinion. Highly recommend using him!
I found my last apartment through Tristen Heimann after a couple poor experiences with searching. He was beyond exceptional. Tristen listens to your budget, needs, lifestyle, and more to make sure he gives you a variety of options that make sense for you. On top of that Tristen is punctual and knows the buildings extremely well. If you have a deadline he meets it. He is great at making sure you see everything in the building you need to see. Tristen has been awesome at keeping in touch as well with new buildings coming avail... read more

He managed those sometimes different perspectives remarkably well and took my questions and concer... read more
