Their limos are great for hauling garbage and that’s about it. They just don’t care and will continue to fail.

WORST COMPANY EVER. save your day and your money. They will ruin it. You try to speak with the owner, but he is always. on vacation or out of the office. The vehicles have no AC, the drivers are rude. This company is extremely shady. They don't care about the customer and who knows what they do to last this long. If they offered me a limo for a one hundred dollars for one entire week i would turned them down, this company doesn't deserve another dollar of my hard earned money and you shouldn't give them yours.

Horrible,Horrible, please as a parent that tried to take my money that I worked very hard for so I could send my only daughter to the prom in a Limo for a memoriable moment she would never forget they ruined my daughters prom in a Limo they didn't give my daughter the Limo she wanted hours before the prom they called and promised to send me a top of the line escalade they lied & sent a limo that was totally different & it wasn't a prom package it was a punishment package it had no water no cups no ice but worst of all No Mus... read more

THIS COMPANY SUCKS & CUSTOMER SERVICE .. Make sure you receive the car u rented the day of because they switch my vehicle 10 mins upon arrival time because they said the motor blew out and if I didn't take the car they sent me then I can't get my money back . Everytime u ask to speak to the owner SAM they say he not available or he on vacation .. There limos are in POOR CONDITION AND VERY OUTDATED

Terrible company! Bus broke down for three hours in the middle of detroit on a rainy day (no fault on the driver). They company refuses to answer phone calls and emails. Has screened people from asking for refunds. Worst customer service any of us has experienced. Owner seems very shady. DO NOT USE!!

Do NOT book your limo through this company! There is a reason for so many bad reviews! They arrived 2 ½ HOURS LATE for my bachelorette party! This is after calling them several times and Sam lying and stating that the limo would be there in 20 minutes every time we called or not even answering our calls! The limo came straight to us after dropping off another party and was not cleaned in between, it arrived FILTHY DIRTY and SMELLED HORRIBLY! Just booked again with sam! Everything is always great with this company! I got the Pink escalad for my daughters birthday and it was great . we have had several of the drivers over the years and it has been always great they are very accomedating and you cant beat the prices,!

So happy with Luxury Limo! The vehicles were absolutley SPOTLESS & the driver & staff were very professional. Highly recommend!
