Tried emailing and calling this company multiple time over the past month to try a schedule with them and never got an answer or response. Doesn’t seem like they are to worried about doing good business
I just booked this service recently in July for my wedding. I was in contact through email and explained that I needed at least a 30 passenger vehicle. On the day of our wedding we were given a 12 passenger limo. When I went to call the business a woman reported to me that they do not even have passenger vehicles of that size and that she wasn’t sure why it was agreed to. Do not book with this company. Booked a surprise 70th birthday party for my father (with signed contract) and they never showed, never contacted me, never returned my emails / phone calls offering a reason why they were a no show, etc. Tried calling the number on their website and went straight to a non-working number. Called another service in Lincoln after they were a no show seeing if they could pick us up, they said they get those types off calls frequently due to no shows and no response from this company. This was such a great experience!! Super great communication and excellent service. This was such a great time and they were super fast to get back to me. Also, John Welsh was the best bus driver. I will definitely reach out to him again!
