World class service. Black SUV was flawless. Came to Toronto for concert and stayed downtown. Hired the Black SUV to pick us up from Pearson Airport YYZ from arrivals terminal 1.We Liked the chauffeur so much that we ended up keeping him on a livery hourly for 2 days.
Superb and professional service and prompt responses throughout. I needed to get from Detroit airport to Toronto Pearson with my family and luggage. Service in a black SUV, easy border crossing, and a very comfortable journey back to Toronto after a long days travel. Thank you
I had booked the $500 Maybach car service for my wedding reception on July 18th and all details were were confirmed via email. We had all of our guests arriving at 7pm onwards, so I figured that an extra 30 minute buffer would be ok. Pickup was scheduled for 6pm for a 25-30 minute trip for a 6:30pm arrival. They were 45 minutes late for a 25 minute trip!!! Their excuse was that they thought it was a 6:30pm pickup and they were even late for that. They didn't arrive to our hotel for pickup until 6:45pm. Very good service. Very quick to respond. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip to Canada and was looking forward to their service. I prepaid ahead of time and they were happy to refund me in full. When I'm in Toronto next time, I'll be sure to contact them again.
We had booked a 30 minute ride to our wedding venue on July 18th from our hotel and had confirmed via email for a 6pm pick up and 6:30pm arrival to the venue. Not only did the company get the time of pick up wrong, the driver was 20 minutes late from the time they thought pick up was supposed to be, citing traffic. The driver had texted to say they were running 10-15min late due to traffic but we had assumed pick up was going to be 6:15pm.
