I had new carpet installed through out my house $10,000.00 after a few months I started getting big lumps in every room. The carpet can lift up from the floor. This is just terrible we trip over the carpet every day. I have been waiting 2 years for Luxury carpet to come out and stretch this carpet. This is not a good company and they do not care. I am so disappoint in this company and would not recommend them
Joe was great and had patience with us trying to pick a flooring he even came back with a sample for us to look at...Sam was nice and came to pick it up after we decided which one we wanted.. Juan and his guys were awesome and so nice.. there was an issue with our floor and he gave us some options so we wouldn't have issues with the floor cracking in the future and how I wanted the trim put down.. they really take pride in their work as if they were doing their own house...we are so happy and it looks great !!!!!!!

Not only that they did poor quality job, left mess, their workers stayed in my home until midnight, didn't finish one of the closets per agreement nor left me material so that I can do it myself, they also caused electrical issues by plugging in various high voltage equipment. Owner was extremely rude and did not want to take any responsibility for workers wrongdoing. My husband paid a generous amount for carpet for 2 rooms. Workers didn't properly reinstall my door in our TV room after they were finishing laying the carpet. Lot of handprints on my walls. IPhone charger was missing after installers left. Overall, we love the carpet.. UPDATE ( Mr. Taylor) : Sir, there is absolutely no reason to lie about a stolen phone charger. This was 5 months ago and we have moved on . My wife was leaving a review, nothing more. Again, overall, we still love the carpet. Thank you. Have a great day.
