Terrible service. They charged me $275 for a 45-minute service, and refused to honor the full service time of 2.5 hrs. Called the owner who has yet to return my call. She dumped so much glue, it was dripping down my face and burned my eyes. Beware of their scams!

The most rude incompetent staff
Absolutely disappointed!! Lushes too thick, too heavy, uneven, one eye has two rows of lushes. No matter how much I brush , they look messy! Huge gaps in between. I am devastated because now I’m gonna look ridiculous for news years party
I had a mixed experience with Luxury Lashes. I booked an appointment in November based on their Black Friday flyer advertising a $100 promotion, which did not state that it was for new clients only. Since there were no restrictions listed and I was able to book successfully, I reasonably expected the promotional price to apply. At checkout, I was told that I was not eligible for the promotion and was charged $275 instead of $100.
