Absolutely disappointed!! Lushes too thick, too heavy, uneven, one eye has two rows of lushes. No matter how much I brush , they look messy! Huge gaps in between. I am devastated because now I’m gonna look ridiculous for news years party

I had a mixed experience with Luxury Lashes. I booked an appointment in November based on their Black Friday flyer advertising a $100 promotion, which did not state that it was for new clients only. Since there were no restrictions listed and I was able to book successfully, I reasonably expected the promotional price to apply. At checkout, I was told that I was not eligible for the promotion and was charged $275 instead of $100. Used a Groupon and staff was very friendly and did a great job. Emma did my lashes and was very attentive. She gave me the full service even though I had a Groupon. I'll definitely go back. Remember to tip well especially if you have a Groupon.
