Eve Olasov is the premier real estate guru in downtown Charleston, and the low country. Her staff are hands down, the most knowledgeable and compassionate folks when it comes to purchasing or selling South of Broad and what you typically will be allowed to do with a property in the historic register.
Eve is an amazing realtor. As out-of-town buyers, she only took us out looking at homes twice for a few hours each time, but was quickly able to identify our likes and dislikes, along with the areas that would be best for us. First, I have to say that Eve is just simply amazing. I am a first time home buyer in a crazy market currently. Lets not forget to mention my budget isn't easy either.
