Went to have a ring inspected and see if they knew anything or could find out about it was told guy who does it is not here when asked when he would be in i was ignored and the lady went back to playing with her phone Had to go to jackson to have it tested and be told its value Dont go here if u want customer service then again as empty as the store was in a dead mall it likely will go out of business before too long
