We arrived at your location on 6/16/21 to fulfill our paid jet ski reservation. We arrived about 5 minutes after 5:00 p.m. (our scheduled time was 5pm-7pm) due to a major accident at the intersection of N. Harbor Dr./ Harbor island drive. We have a receipt from purchasing a coffee at Papananis Deli (closes at 5pm) down stairs. Immediately upon arriving the office staff told us our time was running.
