These guys are THIEVES!!! I bought 2 rings from them. One, in honor of my dad who was dying. I rarely wear my rings and diamonds fell out. They said to mail it back with any parts, so I did. They said to give 8-10 days for repair, refund or replacement. I gave them almost 3 mo. They will not return any messages through eBay, where they are JEWELS_BY_SAM, calls, nothing. I have proof they got my ring and will be going to NY to the police. Racketeering will look good on them in prison. Im sure they are taking in, stealing and ... read more
