After buying a Sanibel Beach House last year, my wife and I hired LHS and enjoyed modifying the older home with Norm Bloxham, the President. Norm and his team did a wonderful job with selections and ideas to update this special home.
LHS performed a kitchen and bathroom remodel, updated ceiling treatments, and updated window treatments for us. They were professional, helpful in walking us through the design phase with renderings and were with us during our materials selections. The quality of the finished product was outstanding. Throughout the process they were responsive however the project was completed slightly later than anticipated, in part due to our changing the project scope. I would recommend LHS for your construction project.
Had a stunning pool house done with outdoor kitchen and entertainment center. I would highly recommended LHS
