This is another update Jan 29 still no product & I have to track them down to get an answer. NOT HAPPY. This is an update as of 1-17. I will continue to give them one star because as of today my project still has not been started I was promised 6 to 8 weeks that's what was signed in the contract it is now 20 weeks later and still nothing. I'm giving them a one because of the time frame and the fact that my windows are not in yet. Once the windows are in I will delete this and put it in a true rating. I have won a court judgment against Luxury Home and Glass Solutions in order to get my deposit back, and they still have not paid it. Morality and ethics are lacking for Michael Romano and this company. Just to provide additional details, the agreement was that after another project was completed successfully, I would move forward with replacing my windows and doors. However The other project ended up being delayed, with several installation issues, and I no longer trusted the same crew to do my home.

Had a project completed. Very happy with a non leaking roof now and price was competitive. Also I enjoyed the fact of everyone working to get me what I wanted done. I was not told “No “ once there was someone on the team that made everything I want happen. I think patience is necessary on both persons half in this process. But ultimately the company will give you, what you want and it be competitive proving which is what it is about . They are a one stop shop I’m looking forward to do two projects in the near future .
