My wife and I came in from California and my wife called ahead looking for a service that was supposed to $250. He decided to charge her $275. Instead of getting upset she agreed to the price. It took us over 30 minutes to walk to the shop as my wife told him she was on the way. He said ok so we were under the impression he'd actually be here. Terrible, just terrible. I’m leaving one star because I have to in order to even leave a review to begin with. I bought two bundles, one 18’ and one 16’ from Jeffrey. Jeffrey gave me one 14’ since the hair was curly and thought I wasn’t going to realize, along with the 18’. The hair itself was so thin at the ends. Jeffrey’s attitude was so inappropriate.
