I have returned an item to them. I confirmed with them through email, then sent tracking information to them. 10 days after the item is delivered, I still heard nothing about they got the item and refund. I called them during business hours, no answer. I emailed them 5 times, no reply. It is as if they are not in operations. As a veteran consignment store buyer, this is probably the worst service I have ever seen. Will never buy from them again.
