We had such a wonderful experience at this office! Dr. Suelflow was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable while helping my daughter through her eye exam and her transition to contact lenses. The staff went above and beyond, taking as much time as she needed to practice putting in and removing her contacts. They even worked with her in a private room so she never felt rushed, embarrassed, or frustrated, which made all the difference in building her confidence. I hate leaving negative reviews because everyone I interacted with was friendly, but the communication was really disappointing. I had my eye exam on May 28 and paid for my glasses that day. On June 25, after hearing nothing for nearly a month, I called to check on the status. I was told my glasses had actually been ready since June 4 and that a text message had been sent.
