I will never go to this nail shop again. The owner Tina is rude. I requested an overlay on my nails. The guy applied the acrylic unevenly, when asked him to extend the acrylic so that they are even, he said that it cannot be done because my nails are too short. I told him that I’ve gotten this done many times before. They told me to go back to where I had that done because they’re not doing that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to make an appointment for a pedicure I was told I needed to give them a $25 deposit through Zelle. I paid the deposit and showed up for my appointment. I was barely acknowledged. I told her I had an appointment at 4 PM and I was ignored for five minutes before I decided to leave. The vibe was awful. Don’t come here. Don’t send them a deposit.

Their account says open till 7pm on Friday. I came at 5:30c they were closed!

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for Almost a year now . My friend highly recommended their services. The service was great at first , now today will be my last day coming because they were extremely rude to me . The rushed my whole process today . Yelled at me and rushed me to pick a color when they weren’t even done with my pedicure. I also got a manicure that was rushed and now it doesn’t look like I got a manicure at all. When it comes to customer service this place is not it. I was asked what service I was there for and as soon as I said fills she said they were booked. I can only assume had I said full set she would’ve taken me. When you are booked you don’t ask what service, you offer the service you currently have available and say you’re booked for nails. I would’ve been a first time customer but after that interaction I won’t be back again. Sadly good customer service is no longer existent.
