I chose Ray and Joy through the internet from the positive reviews they received. I have sold homes in the past and have not had the same quality of service and expertise. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of all areas in Frisco TX, plus they were always available to meet me. There were several issues that came up with the sale of my home which they dealt with calmly and professionally. They are one of the few agents I greatly respect and would love to work with again!

The Rice team was so helpful in short selling my house. They answered all my questions and kept me informed of anything that was going on immediately. Quick to respond, knowledgeable, accessible, and kept me on track of the things that I should do during the process. I would recommend them as real estate agents in Frisco to anybody who is thinking about short selling their house and/or selling their house. They are great!

Ray and Joy are amazing persons! They have been there through all the ups and downs of listing and selling my house in Frisco and made the process very smooth. Their negotiations as real estate agents resulted in getting the deal done. I cannot express enough how helpful they were... they will go out of their way for their clients! First time selling a home. Ray and Joy did an amazing job throughout the entire process, but what definitely sets them apart was their quick communication via email/text/phone and effective streamline of the entire sales process. I was referred to Ray & Joy Rice by an old colleague who hired them to help him find a home in Frisco. After a fair amount of research i decided to give them a shot.
