I have used Luxury for 5 years exclusively, but had the privilege of working around them for over 10 years. Anytime we have an issue Ceasar and his guys are super responsive and get our system back up and going. I had an issue with one of our mini splits and Eric came in, diagnosed it and fit quickly and ironically or just lucky on timing on our end we had an issue with geothermal heat pump.
