I emailed the sales department in reference to a car they have for sale on Autotrader. I had checked the KBB and NADA prior to emailing them so I asked if they would accept a lower offer according to the value those sites said. They were very rude and basically told me to go screw myself. Apparently their sales staff suck which makes me wonder how bad their vehicles are too... Looked at their online reviews from 3 different sites and it seems to be a trend. They’re rude, scam artists.
