Have to say one HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! Okay so last Monday morning I went in the girl up front told me it was a three hour wait to come back at 4 came back at 4 and was told to than AGAIN come back at 6 got a call saying they wouldn’t be able to take me due to short staff and a lot of employee call outs so unprofessional!!!!!!!! Honestly for the all the prices and hype this place is not all it’s cracked up to be what a joke ... been to better places in LA and anywhere else ... the technicians don’t listen to what you want and I’ve never had SNS come off in 3 DAYS !!! And I paid $45 !!!! Got my eyebrows waxed and the lady didn’t even speak English and almost burnt my eye off ! Lien is an eyebrow goddess! I wouldn’t trust anybody else to take care of me. The place is beautiful and so clean. And I’m glad she offers an alternative to waxing for people with sensitive skin like me 😊 I’ll be back!
