My first time ever getting braids and I am NOT disappointed. I absolutely love my knotless braids! My stylist was gentle on my scalp, and took time to ensure a desired finish. I will be coming back in a few months.

The stylist was very kind and accommodating. For example, I called before opening, but she returned my call immediately at opening. The process to secure an appointment was clear. I was indecisive about what I wanted done, but she took the time to explain my options of various styles and hair color. My color was a “blend.” Also, installation was impeccable. hair stylist (Jane)didn’t blow dry my hair properly leaving kinky twist as the result. They tried to tell me it was the product they used….. Didn’t offer any recourse and just tried to pass it off like it was done fine… told me to ask them to not use the product next time and show them a picture of how it’s been done every single time I’ve visited prior… didn’t know I had to specify to have the service (cleanse, condition and BLOW DRY) done properly so my hair would turn out nice.
