Victoria did my nails and did two different shades on of pink on my hands and toes AFTER asking me do I want the same color for my hands. Didn’t offer to fix it. I also asked for dip powder and she did acrylics……I will never be back here thanks to her.

They over charged me on website their prices are different it was 25 for regular manicure and they charged 40 bucks for that it’s crazy not recommended

I wanted to do something nice for my significant other but this was not it. First, when I paid up front she up charged for a salt scrub that my partner didn't order. Then no one helped her put her shoes on, so she messed up her polish and needed it fixed. And then she didn't tell her that I had already included a 20% tip so she gave and extra $20 for bad service. One and done. Maybe they learn not to cheat people and they'd get my repeat business. Far from luxury service!

I honestly wasn’t satisfied with the service, she was rude and was annoyed every time I tried to express what I wanted. I was very disappointed in the service and won’t be returning.
