I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. From the moment my friend and I entered, we felt unwelcome. The women working there gave us uncomfortable looks and spoke to each other while looking at us, which made us feel that they were talking about us in their language. I also asked to try two different colors, and the employee seemed bothered by my request. She reluctantly showed me two colors that were almost identical, rather than the options I had asked for. PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GO HERE I ASKED FOR A SOAKOFF AND THE LADY STARTED RIPPING OFF MY NAILS WITH PLIERS AND AT FIRST SHE TRIED TO RIP IF OFF WITHOUT EVEN DRILLING. Don’t care about your nails at all. Workers are very rude. I got a soak off and the lady was pulling at my nails until i told her to stop. If you care about your nail health, don’t come here. Never experienced this bad of a service in my life.

I come here all the time with some design i find online. It always comes out great, done with patience and care. I haven’t been to another nail family in over 6 years - and i moved further away and still find it worth it to come here!
