I wanted to do something nice for my significant other but this was not it. First, when I paid up front she up charged for a salt scrub that my partner didn't order. Then no one helped her put her shoes on, so she messed up her polish and needed it fixed. And then she didn't tell her that I had already included a 20% tip so she gave and extra $20 for bad service. One and done. Maybe they learn not to cheat people and they'd get my repeat business. Far from luxury service!
I honestly wasn’t satisfied with the service, she was rude and was annoyed every time I tried to express what I wanted. I was very disappointed in the service and won’t be returning.
Richard never fails to amaze me! He is incredibly professional, talented and very knowledgeable. Always executes beyond my expectations! I will never stop coming back. 1000000/10!
I would NEVER go back to this place and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The most horrible experience! The tech did not know how to remove gel nail paint. Gave the most horrible pedicure and didn’t even do a good job of removing gel paint. She clearly does not know how to do her work. Please do not get your mani pedi done from her (specially Gel).
