After reviewing the initial bathroom estimate for the acrylic package, I asked the representative if it was possible to get an estimate for just the walls and valve. work, excluding the floor. During our second visit, I specifically asked if this new, smaller estimate would still be covered by the lifetime warranty advertised on the company's website. The guys that did the installation were some of the best finish carpenters I've seen. Their approach to the job was to give the customer what they wanted and then needed. The hardware was excellent. Much better than what you can get at a big box store. The install clean up was excellent as well. They made sure all was in perfect shape before they left. I would most heartedly recommend them to anyone.
The team that arrived on site to change my bath from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower was above my expectations. They were very knowledgeable and curious. The job was a 3-day conversion and at the end of each day the area was spotless. When they were finished it was a Luxury Bath, Thank you Steve.
Steve was our install team leader and did a fantastic job very organized and meticulous on his measurements and installation. I have been a commercial general contractor for 40 years and I would highly recommend Luxury Bath and especially Steve for any bathroom remodeling.
