We had a really great experience. Paolo and German were extremely helpful in choosing our bathroom taps, toilet and again for our kitchen reno, helping educate me on sink and kitchen faucet selections.
I purchased a bathtub and shower from Luxury Bath Centre about five years ago, and I’ve been really happy with the service. The materials have held up decently well over time. I also had to make a warranty claim on the shower base recently, and I was impressed with how smooth and hassle-free the process was. Their team was helpful and responsive, which gave me confidence that they stand behind their products. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them for anyone upgrading their bathroom.
We were told it was good Italian faucets and was supposed to be made from brass. Product rusted out just over one year and they said no warranty.
Our contractor recommended this place and it turned out to be a real gem. We’ve gone back several times. They have a great selection of bath and kitchen supplies. Paolo and his staff are knowledgeable and personable. They were very helpful when we had issues with the manufacturer and distributor of one of the items we purchased even though it was over a year later. We were very impressed with their caring attitude and follow up. They really stood behind their product.
