I have been looking for a cover for my hot tub for nearly a month and everyone has told me it would take 10-12 weeks. I’ve been in disbelief so I decided to go into Luxury Bath and Spa. Kenzie answered a ton of questions and helped me find some items that would be right for my family. After a little while Bob and Mike came in and I was able to walk out with a cover that fit my tub and I didn’t have to wait 12 weeks. We are back in business thanks to their awesome service!! My new hot tub store!!!!

I have been searching for reliable service for my Hot Springs Prodigy spa. Bob, the owner of Luxury Bath and Spa, recently became the new authorized dealer for Petoskey. I was absolutely astounded when he called me about a warranty issue that I was unable to solve with the previous dealer. Bob came to my house personally on that very same day and fixed the problem. I could not be more delighted. I now not only have the perfect hot tub, but I also have the perfect service to go with it. Thank you, Bob!

Highly recommend this company! Great service! Bob answered my call within hours . He came out was so pleasant and fixed my hot tub ! His prices were so reasonable! His daughter was such a help to me about some questions I had about some products to use for maintence too!. They were great!
