I made an appointment for the next day over the phone with Jesus. Came in for my appointment the and the vehicle was ready and waiting. Car was everything the photos online showed it to be. Jesus had the paperwork done extremely quickly and drove it home the same day. My best car purchase to date. Thank you so much

I was in the market for a good, used, sports car and found Luxury AutoHaus Group online in all my searchs of a 250 mile radius. They were 2 hours from my location but I made the trip last week. I found them, was able to view the car, take it for a test drive and spoke with George the owner and the salesperson Sokrates. (I hope I spelled it right!) Long story short I walked in with the intent to make a purchase. I said I was there to look at a few vehicles i saw online. After a couple awkward quiet seconds of them just looking at me funny I said “this is a car dealership right?” The dude brushed off the weird interaction with a small laugh handed me the keys to the few cars I mentioned and sat back down at his desk. If you value honesty, customer service, or even basic professionalism, stay far away from this place. From the very start, my experience was a nightmare. The salesperson, after smoking his cigarette, Sokratis, accused me of stealing car keys after a test drive. I later discovered he had misplaced them himself. Instead of apologizing for falsely accusing a paying customer of theft, he brushed it off and never apologized. That should’ve been my first red flag.
