I purchased a 2014 Nissan Maxima from this dealership for $7,569 and was told the title would be provided. After nearly two months, I was informed they could not obtain the title and asked me to return the car. When I requested a full refund, they withheld $569 in “document fees” even though the sale could not be completed due to their inability to provide a title. I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious and confirm that a title is available before purchasing. This experience was frustrating and disappointing.
I'd honestly give it a strong 3.5 but 4 suffices. I recently bought a 2021 Nissan Versa in December. I had been looking for a replacement car ASAP and got sent this car and thought it was too good to be true for the price. I made an appointment for the next day over the phone with Jesus. Came in for my appointment the and the vehicle was ready and waiting. Car was everything the photos online showed it to be. I was in the market for a good, used, sports car and found Luxury AutoHaus Group online in all my searchs of a 250 mile radius. They were 2 hours from my location but I made the trip last week.
