GEORGE sold my husband a car with an expired warranty. He told my husband car was a 'spec car' that had a warranty through 2019. 'Check engine' light came on shortly after purchase. Took car to BMW to find out warranty had expired. My husband contacted George several times. George told my husband, "oh common mistake, I'll take care of it, no worries." Nothing. Now George simply stopped returning my husbands calls. I WILL be contacting BBB about this company. BAD BUSINESS = MAD WIFE!

My car buying experience with Luxury Auto Xchange continues to be a NIGHTMARE. They failed to disclose that the car I was buying was legally a "lemon" until after they received my money and the car was on the truck being shipped. After learning the truth (found within the final paperwork), I refused delivery of the car. It's a week later and they still refuse to refund my money. Very nice experience at Luxury Auto Xchange. The Lexus I test drove had some brake issues and George had the entire braking system redone at a cost of almost $600.00 He did not raise the price of the car even after those repairs. Gave me a loaner car and when my Lexus was ready had it detailed and the gas tank filled. Great buying experience!!!

my review of this place is the exact opposite, the sales manager Joe was completely honest about the car being a buyback and sent me all of the papers with the reasoning ahead of me going there and didnt waste any time, i saved about $5k and if Bmw bought the car back because the original owner didnt like the battery cable being loose, it was good for me. their location was off the beaten path, but the office was very nice and this guy named New transferred all of my stuff to my new car. George will lie to you. Make sure to ask for a car fax up front.They will try to tell you there cars are ok but they are lemons,car that have problems.also you will find out the cars they have been hit and do not show up on car fax. be ware of this place. i talk to a guy named joe and he lied to me also.please stay away from this place.i wasted a lot of my time.
