Highly recommend this place! I’ve gotten 2 cars with them and haven’t been disappointed. You’re literally in and out in a matter of 30 minutes. Great cars and great customer service!
Sean was very helpful throughout the process of my daughter buying her very first car. He explained everything about the vehicle prior to her test drive and broke down financing options, importance of good credit and options that she could understand. He made her first experience of buying a car stress free and smooth. Would recommend Sean and Luxary Auto Plex if you are looking for a vehicle. :-)
I normally don't write reviews but I would be doing a great disservice to the amazing person who helped me find the perfect car. I’ve purchased several cars in my past but this was the first to have done remotely. I live in Santa Cruz, CA. Sean helped me and was reachable or communicated actively. I would highly recommend getting a third party inspection that’s more thorough, which another person had suggested on these reviews. I used lemon squad. That helped give a more detailed description of the condition of care. All which were acceptable but had it been delivered in its condition I would have been upset.
