I was there when my son and daughter in law purchased their vehicle. While it was an easy buying experience the aftermath has not been. After 40 days and 3000 miles the 2022 Hyundai Palisade with 32,000 miles on it started dying and acting up. Found there was zero oil in it and it had to be towed to the dealership. I found a very nice vehicle shopping online, contacted Daniel for assistance. Told him I didn't have time to run around dealer to dealer, didn't want to haggle price all day either. He gave me a ballpark price where we would be, I said I'm on my way. He had the car out front, washed and ready for viewing and test ride. Bought a car from Luxury Auto Plex in March. Owned it for 41 days before my car had to get towed. I am a very clean and organized and I take good care of my vehicles. Just 41 days after purchasing the car, it needs: a new radiator, an oil consumption test, new tires, all new fluid and new filters. Luxury Auto did no service to the vehicle prior to sale - only claimed that it had “clean oil” upon looking at the report that we requested from them.
