Bought a car from Luxury Auto Plex in March. Owned it for 41 days before my car had to get towed. I am a very clean and organized and I take good care of my vehicles. Just 41 days after purchasing the car, it needs: a new radiator, an oil consumption test, new tires, all new fluid and new filters. Luxury Auto did no service to the vehicle prior to sale - only claimed that it had “clean oil” upon looking at the report that we requested from them. There were some problems and after time they put forth an effort to make it right. That is appreciated.
The battery died the next morning in the car I bought. Sean, my salesman told me upon signing that the battery was charged and fine. He said he would call me back and completely ignored me. I called and left a message for the general manager and he was a coward also and completely ignored m h phone call. The very next morning??? Horrible place, they don't stand by their cars.....
