I had the pleasure of dealing with Jabran for the purchase of a 2004 MB e320 4 matic wagon. I am an out of state buyer. Jabran went above and beyond including having brought the car for an inspection by a mechanic of my choice. While a long process, he was on top of everything. I called Jabran and told him he had a customer for life. Purchasing an older car is difficult at best but this experience was extremely positive. I bought my car from here and had a pretty sketchy and poor experience. To start off, there were MANY mechanical things wrong with the car. Now, I can’t completely fault them for this, as I should’ve gotten a PPI, and that is my fault. I will list the problems the car came with that weren’t disclosed, but again, I did not get a PPI. Valvetronic motor failed ($3000), evap line chewed through by rats ($700), sunroof drain clogged ($300 but could total a car), vapor canister clogged ($500).
