Arti and his team are the very definition of consummate professionals! He swiftly took in my 2013 X5 and tackled a massive job other BMW shops were apprehensive to perform. He also provided me with options to help make everything much more affordable! They are clearly genuine subject matter experts. Scam! Do not go there! I brought my car in for a small issue. At this shop, they suddenly “found” a bunch of additional problems that do not exist and quoted me an extra $1,700 for repairs. I took the car to two other repair shops for a second opinion — none of those issues were confirmed. So they simply made them up to increase the bill. When I called and said I would not agree to such an expensive repair, instead of a normal response I received rudeness and insults.
