Great experience! The work was done perfectly and much faster than I expected. The team took the time to explain everything to me in simple, easy-to-understand terms. I honestly don’t know much about cars, but they made me feel comfortable and confident about the whole process. Communication was excellent and they kept me updated the entire time. Great auto shop with very professional service. The work was done well and on time, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. The owner, Artak, was very helpful and clearly knows everything there is to know about cars. He answered all the questions and made sure everything was taken care of properly. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs quality and reliable car service.
Top notch bmw repair facility. Don't even think about going to a bmw dealership. The guys at luxury auto are far more knowledgeable than any technician at the dealerships. In my 30 years of driving bmw"s I've tried multiple bmw dealerships and countless independent repair shops and I've never found a better place than luxury auto center. I would give 10 stars if I could. You will not be disappointed. .
