Will never recommend to anyone. Rude, unresponsive and unpleasant. Working with Phillip was an extremely frustrating process. Getting an estimate on my car took much longer than I was told it would, and I was gaslit into thinking an email that was never sent just didn't come through twice. I left numerous messages trying to get an appointment set up and never received a call back. Luxury Auto body has exceeded all of my expectations and blown me away with their kindness, professionalism, and honesty. Ron (the manager) went above and beyond making sure that my experience was as smooth as possible. I was in a hit and run accident with an uninsured motorist so I had to pay for my own rental car fees. Ron made sure my car was fixed as soon as possible (only took 8 days!) and that I received the best deal at Enterprise to limit the expenses. Great service, but took much longer than I expected. I understand they have many jobs going on simultaneously, and things come up with parts availability and such, so maybe that was the cause. I would rather they take the time to do the job right than to rush it and cut corners! Other than that, an issue came up after I received the car, but they fully worked with me and the insurance company to achieve the desired outcome, so props there! All in all, would recommend because honest shops that do good work are hard to find!

They take a long time for sure. But they sure did fix it. I want to extend my thanks to the team over at Luxury Autobody and thanks to Mike for dealing with me. Cheers! Wasn’t going to update but I think it’s fair, noticed my airbox was unclipped/missing bolts. Cost me 20$. They refused to align the car, missed a broken CV axle, and was missing two bolts on the passenger side rock rail.
