Luxury Auto body has exceeded all of my expectations and blown me away with their kindness, professionalism, and honesty. Ron (the manager) went above and beyond making sure that my experience was as smooth as possible. I was in a hit and run accident with an uninsured motorist so I had to pay for my own rental car fees. Great service, but took much longer than I expected. I understand they have many jobs going on simultaneously, and things come up with parts availability and such, so maybe that was the cause. I would rather they take the time to do the job right than to rush it and cut corners! Other than that, an issue came up after I received the car, but they fully worked with me and the insurance company to achieve the desired outcome, so props there! All in all, would recommend because honest shops that do good work are hard to find!
They take a long time for sure. But they sure did fix it. I want to extend my thanks to the team over at Luxury Autobody and thanks to Mike for dealing with me. Cheers! Wasn’t going to update but I think it’s fair, noticed my airbox was unclipped/missing bolts. Cost me 20$. They refused to align the car, missed a broken CV axle, and was missing two bolts on the passenger side rock rail.
I chose this shop since it is Honda-certified and within Allstate network. The representative, Phillip, was experienced and courteous. He addressed our question to the points and shared his experience navigating through the post-collision process, definitely settling our chaotic mind due to the accident. He is very organized and punctual. All three trips (estimate, drop off for repair and pick up) we made down there did not take more than 10-15 mins each, super effective. Excellent customer service! We needed to get our car over a week before its estimated completion and we would be gone almost a month. The got it done several days before we were leaving, giving us a far more worry free timeframe. Not only that but they delivered the car clean, inside and out!!!! The paint matched perfectly and the went to great length to do a seamless job. Their attitude was friendly and considerate, I can’t recommend them highly enough!
