Honestly, amazing experience with Luxury Auto Body. The customer service was top-notch, and the guy I spoke with took the time to explain everything to me properly and answer all my questions. Extremely helpful, honest, and easy to deal with. It’s rare to get service like that these days. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with an auto body shop. Highly recommend these guys.
Richard came highly recommended to us through my partner Jeff. We are so pleased with the workmanship. Brought in my mother's subaru as she had scraped and dented the side from a pillar in her parking garage. The finished product was absolutely amazing. I had a scrape from a parking garage pillar that wasn’t too bad at first, but it had started to rust. I got quotes from a few body shops, some as high as $2,000. Since my Kia Optima is already 7 years old, I wasn’t looking to spend that kind of money on a scratch. I stopped by Luxury Auto Body & Collision, and Richard took a look. I had my bumpers painted by Rich last year, After stepping into the LAB and talking to rich for the first time I instantly knew I found my go to body shop for the rest of my life!
