The Team at Luxury Auto Body always comes in clutch! 5 Star Service from start to finish, I never have to worry about a thing. They are my go-to guys for my BMW and don’t foresee that changing anytime soon! Highly recommend them for your high end vehicles. They were extremely friendly and professional, and their communication at every stage was awesome. They got our Mercedes sprinter van fixed sooner than they expected, and they did a great job! The total due even came in slightly lower than what they had originally estimated.

Disappointed old customer. Had been with them for 2 years and did 3 large services, spend $10k+. Gist: great old staff (Micah) left, got new service staff (an Amber J), very little customer care, thoughtless high markup. (Quoted almost $5000 for fixing a 1 sq inch scratch, with the only option of taking the whole thing off, see screenshot below).
