Northwood Luxury Apartments is currently failing its core responsibility to provide a safe home. My unit has been repeatedly violated by staff entry, resulting in the theft of my personal property and critical medical devices, while I am being billed for utilities through a system that has no record of my account. My wife and I have lived here for 5 years and truly love the community! The staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful and we have wonderful neighbors
DO NOT move here. Before this new company took over and fired the entire previous team it was a wonderful place to live! Now it's become just another corporate nightmare of a property. They have NO clue what they are doing, don't care about any concerns or repairs unless it's repainting these old buildings in order to raise your rent. Dog park is closed no idea when it will open, questions do unanswered, new system shows past due balances when there are none. Entire team is clueless.
The old management and old management company was great. They were wonderful attentive and just great people. But for some reason, they came in and fired everyone all the office all the grounds crew everybody and they went under a new management. The new management has just left everything hanging. I’ve lived in 4 other apartment complexes and non felt like home. Northwood has that close knit neighborhood feeling and there is a lot of effort to keep it that way. From maintenance to leasing and property management, they are always happy to help.
