have serious concerns about how maintenance visits are being handled at this property. Recently, I received a vague notice that a maintenance person would be coming, followed by a couple of phone calls about it. When they arrived, I was home — which clearly surprised them — and instead of a single maintenance worker, there were multiple people: the secretary (Cirio), the maintenance person, and an unidentified individual I had never seen before. Great experience! I've been here a year and they are fantastic. They change the A/C filters consistently for you, check to make sure you aren't having any other maintenance issues (if you do they respond swiftly) and the people in the office are friendly and helpful. Very quiet place, no troubles with neighbors, and overall a great place to live.

Awesome place to live. It's clean, mostly quiet, there are community events and the staff has always been super helpful and nice. This has definitely been one of the best places I have lived.
