I’ve lived in 4 other apartment complexes and non felt like home. Northwood has that close knit neighborhood feeling and there is a lot of effort to keep it that way. From maintenance to leasing and property management, they are always happy to help.

"Don’t let the 'luxury' label fool you. Living here means sacrificing your privacy. Management seems to think a vague message on Monday gives them a free pass to enter your apartment whenever they feel like it for the rest of the week. As someone who has frequent appointments at the VA, it is incredibly unsettling to know strangers are coming and going while I’m not home. This place is fantastic! My parents lived here for 9 years and loved every minute of it. Penny and her wonderful staff are amazing and treat the residents like family.

have serious concerns about how maintenance visits are being handled at this property. Recently, I received a vague notice that a maintenance person would be coming, followed by a couple of phone calls about it. When they arrived, I was home — which clearly surprised them — and instead of a single maintenance worker, there were multiple people: the secretary (Cirio), the maintenance person, and an unidentified individual I had never seen before.
