I won’t go back not very thorough, cold water and no appreciation for your appointment time They’re are friendlier and more professional nail spas in the area to spend my money in. As rude as the manager is I don’t know how they are still in business
Love love love this shop!! I try to come in once a month to get my nails done by Kim, who is one of the sweetest nail techs ever! Just got a nice Christmasy color on my nails that I already adore!!
I went there two times on my third time after pedicure and my card was out at beginning of service says they will no longer accept my medicare benefits card. Although, service was always paid with this card with a Mastercard logo choosing to let me use my card. My opinion this some sort discrimination toward my medicare benefit card choice of payment. Why would any establishment turn down money. And the Desiree owner women manager who never smiles or greet walk around like she is mad. I am happy not to return to this place. ... read more
I have been going to Kim for manicures and pedicures for several years. I continue to refer friends and clients. I highly recommend her and the entire staff. They are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend the shop . Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed .
Every two weeks my husband and I get manis and pedis and absolutely LOVE the primo treatment we get from Desiree, Tammy, and Kim. They are wonderfully caring for the thin and split nail problems we each experience being in our 70s.
