Client since last December, last time I went staff was rude and did not understand the colour I was asking for. Went to another nail salon and price was $10 cheaper. Not coming here again.

Terrible customer service to make a client wait 30 minutes and arrive late to open doors for a morning appointment. There was no apology or acknowledgement and stated they did not have my number to notify me.
