Worst customer service ever no professionalism I booked an appointment for braids on THEIR booksy website I call to ask where the location is because I pull up to an abounded building…. I'm actually pissed off, but don't even know who to complain to. I have 3 boys who regularly get shape ups or cuts or whatever you want to call it here at the shop in Rio Grande. We went in today around 4:30pm. I left my boys there to get cuts and then i walked over to the dollar store on the other side of the parking lot, trying to kill time instead of sitting and waiting for them. Same as others on here, do not use google to book, or whatever app they have that they book. He never answers the phone. I booked, showed up to the address listed here, says "show up to the other location" WHAT OTHER LOCATION? I had too find his other location on instagram, I show up and they say he does not use that app. Ok...so why still have it up? Anyway, I make a claim with my bank and they say that they got evidence that the client checked in on the app. So its all a scam to get basically free money from a "Benny".
They are really nice and easy to have conversations with, Amazing haircuts and people.
