Bad Stylists, Bad Attitude This salon is overpriced and the staff are snooty and unprofessional. I gave them two opportunities to cut my very easy to manage hair and they wrecked it both times. After the second cut it was several months before the supposed "layers" grew out. Their prices are outrageous for the services and the staff lets customers sit in chairs while they "chat" amongst themselves. Avoid at all costs.
Luxuria + Katie B. = Most Amazing Hair EVER! I love Luxuria and even more stylist Katie B! I drive over 40 min to the salon and am obsessed with the way she does my hair! The latest was the Keratin Treatment and I never thought my hair could be so amazing! I would seriously travel across the world for Katie to do my hair! You wont know what your missing out on until you go and see her :) Its hard to believe that I once thought I would never find anyone perfect to do my hair.... problem is now solved!
Luxuria is fantastic! I have been going to Luxuria for years and have seen several different stylists. I've never had a bad experience and have always been thrilled with my haircut and color. The staff is so professional and always up to date with the lastest trends. You will not be disappointed! I've sent several friends and they have also been pleased. Currently Jewel does my hair and she is fantastic!!
Let's Get This Straight - Luxuria is Great! I have been a client of Luxuria for 3+ years, I came across these reviews only because I lost my cell and need to reprogram the #, and I'm glad I did.... to set the record straight. Professional Hair Salon This salon is professionally run as a business. It is a small space, but feels very cozy, warm and inviting. Coffee and snacks are available while you wait. Parking could be better, but overall a great experience.
unprofessional all stylist were inappropriately dressed. small over crowded building. the owner seemed irratated with staff and customers. bad attitudes all across the board. over priced and the shampoo bowls are jammed in a corner. completely unprofessinal. i would not go back, it is funny to me they call this trainwreck a spa.
Luxuria Salon & Spa is A JOKE!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. the manger was rude and incompetent!!! a joke as far as a spa goes, 1000000% would not recommend to my worst enemy, the entire staff was rude
