Thou my Mother was only there a short time, the workers and others living there were extremely friendly and kind to her. She felt very welcomed. Thank you for that and making her feel comfortable!

My mother in law reappeared into my and my husband's life after a lengthy estrangement. She came to us underweight, depressed and suspicious, after a short stay with us we collectively decided she should live independently yet close to our home. I had been familiar with Luxstone Senior Living for years and believed she could thrive there. Luxstone is not the place for you if you don't want insane rent increases after a year of living there. They will lie to you about the food quality and what they stock in the bistro. The call system to enter the building hasn't worked properly in almost 2 years. The laundry machines are broken often. Some of the staff are great but the management is terrible. The manager is too busy smoking and hanging out with the maintenance guy to do her job. It takes forever to get an email or phone call back from her. Its no wonder the ... read more
