We were looking for a place for my mom and the staff who gave us a tour were accomdating, caring, friendly and attentive to detail. I love the fact the Sodexo is offering great food options. The suits look relatively new and I belive that the price is a good value compared to other neighbouring retirment homes. We will consider Luxtone for that reason.
unfortunately, it has become increasingly clear that the priorities of current ownership ( karim Daya President LEAVA Group Inc. being a for-profit organization—are centered more around revenue than resident well-being. Rents went up 20% + in 2025 with very little improvements. (New flooring that residents will be paying for many years) Sodexo was brought in to improve food delivery. I’ve been here a week. The staff is exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. The residents are lovely! The Luxstone is warm, cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!
