John and Mathew did an outstanding job installing our Koehler walk in tub. Professionally installed and done with a smile
I feel like this is the worst place you could use for a remodel! NO stars! I don't know how a company could be proud of their work when they had an employee such as myself pretending to be a customer to obtain a permit because they could not obtain one!
In mid-Oct. HP replaced a large tub w/ walk-in glass door shower, replaced cabinets, and roughed in the former shower for a closet. The GOOD: work crew was (mostly) efficient, on time, and the end product was high quality; a great improvement over former mid-2000's cookie-cutter bath. Based only on work done so far and final quality, it'd be 5/5 stars. But...the BAD...(-1 star): They didn't cap the plumbing before turning on water, so the bathroom flooded. Details were sloppy. Flooring squeaks loudly in one bathroom. Flooring in one bathroom floor doesn’t meet up with the hallway flooring. Corners on backsplash didn’t meet up correctly. Glue residue left. Sink leaking under cabinet and not draining well. Cabinet drawer sticks, difficult to open and scrapes loudly, doesn’t glide out smoothly while empty.Board under cabinet cut too long and sticking out, revealing unfinished wood.
