Home Pride Bath has been great to work with. They kept me updated and answered my questions quickly. Austin was great and was very knowledgeable about the product and didn't mind my questions while he worked. Everyone was very professional. I'm going to love our new shower.
I sent photos of what was suppose to be a full bathroom remodel, well let's say it was a half bathroom remodel. I am so disappointed. I would not recommend this company. Make sure you do your research before. I could have got my bathroom remodeled for half what I was charged and they would have finished the whole bathroom not half.
Our sales representative, Fred, ordered the wrong doors for our shower making it unusable. Months later, we are still storing the incorrect doors in our home that Homepride could not be bothered to remove. We are using a shower curtain they couldn't even be bothered to provide. We continue to wait while they have to reorder doors, and hardware, ship them to the wrong address, etc. No one from this company has apologized or agreed to do anything to make it right when it was 100% their mistake. We couldn’t have been happier with the bathroom renovation done by John and Matthew. They arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. They were professional and courteous. They left every day cleaning up before leaving.
