Our sales representative, Fred, ordered the wrong doors for our shower making it unusable. Months later, we are still storing the incorrect doors in our home that Homepride could not be bothered to remove. We are using a shower curtain they couldn't even be bothered to provide. We continue to wait while they have to reorder doors, and hardware, ship them to the wrong address, etc. No one from this company has apologized or agreed to do anything to make it right when it was 100% their mistake. We couldn’t have been happier with the bathroom renovation done by John and Matthew. They arrived on time and finished the work in a timely manner. They were professional and courteous. They left every day cleaning up before leaving.
Home Pride Bath has been great to work with from the initial quote through the finished install. Nanette met with us to discuss the project we had in mind for a tub to shower conversion. She made sure we could get the shower seat installed we wanted and still have their full warranty. We purchased the seat and Home Pride was willing to install it. Working with Home Pride was a great experience from the beginning. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote, Stacy was great through that process. I was kept well informed about the status of my order and then Kyle was such a great installer. Very hard working and did a fantastic job!
I worked here for 2.5 yrs and this company, the owner, ruined my life. The owner had monthly meetings about the millions he was making...yet when I told him I had breast cancer, I was fired a week later. Claiming to be a man of God, he could have at least provided a severance package, helped....cared... something. But no. To this day, it set me back so bad that I became homeless with my 8 year old son, undergoing cancer treatment.... and we STILL have no where to go, still in treatment....no help.... nothing.
